1. Acceptance

By using SelfRX ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SelfRX. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

3. What SelfRX Is

SelfRX is a personal health tracking application that allows you to log supplements, peptides, and wellness protocols, connect to Apple Health and wearable devices, view correlations between protocols and health data, and generate shareable result cards.

4. What SelfRX Is NOT

SelfRX is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or healthcare provider.

We do not recommend starting, stopping, or changing any supplement, peptide, medication, or health protocol.
We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Correlations indicate statistical association, not causation.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making health decisions.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.
You understand that protocols you track are your own choices.
You will not rely solely on SelfRX data for health decisions.
You will not use SelfRX to provide medical advice to others.
You will keep your account credentials secure.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

SelfRX offers free and paid tiers.
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and RevenueCat.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

7. Your Data

You own your data. We store it to provide the service.
Export all your data at any time.
Delete all your data at any time. Deletion is permanent.

8. Community Features

You are responsible for content you post.
Do not post medical advice, harmful content, or personal attacks.
Community data sharing is always opt-in and anonymized.
We may remove content or accounts that violate these terms.

9. Shared Content

You are responsible for where and how you share stack result cards.
Do not present SelfRX data as medical evidence or professional health advice.

10. Intellectual Property

SelfRX, including its design, code, and content, is owned by SelfRX. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the App without permission. Your personal data remains yours.

11. Disclaimers

SelfRX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, that analysis will be accurate, or that the App will meet your specific health goals.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SelfRX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including health outcomes or reliance on App data.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
